I have developed an application that uses mobile phone voice assistants (eg: Siri) to control computers and IoT devices, but I don’t know how to set the price. Do you have any good suggestions?

It's always a difficult question when your customer do not get direct value from your product or service.

From what I understand, your app provides comfort to the users. How much do they value that? I don't know. An it probably would vary for each individual.
 
In that case, the best approach, in my opinion , to set a price, is to evaluate the how much it costs you, apply a margin and set a price.

A single price, just to test the market.

See how your users reacts. And adjust your price according to their reaction. A good way to adjust a price is to propose several plans. A cheap one with limited feature, a regular one, the most interesting one in terms of what you get for whatyou pay and an expensive one with additional features
