I'm launching this week, but I've taken lessons from others to reach out directly on LinkedIn (I don't have other accounts) to build those relationships early and support each other. After all, we're all working towards similar goals and know what its like!

Pretty bad ! One month ago I launched on PH. I didn't follow the rules and I had 0 followers. It never got to the featured page. So my advice is : When you begin to build your project, you should build your community and be familiar with the channels you'll have to use to reach your audience.

I didn't do enough marketing before my launch. I thought that my product would speak for itself, but I was wrong. I needed to do more to get the word out about my product. I fixed this by creating a marketing plan and executing it before my launch.

@farjana I noticed a lot of first time founders believe the product would speak for itself, but with no traffic to whom will it speak. I'm happy you caught on and was able to adjust before your launch.
