Tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush are fantastic for digging into competitors’ SEO strategies, keyword rankings, and backlinks. For social media, BuzzSumo helps uncover their top-performing content and engagement trends. I also check out SimilarWeb to understand their traffic sources, audience demographics, and even referral sites.
To make the analysis more actionable, I focus on spotting gaps—areas where competitors are underperforming or missing opportunities. This helps in crafting strategies that differentiate our brand and leverage unique strengths. Regular analysis keeps me updated on industry shifts and helps me continuously refine our positioning!
