We use load balancing and auto-scaling on our cloud servers to handle spikes. Also caching, CDNs, and optimizing backend code helps a ton. Definitely monitor your infra closely and set up alerts for cpu/memory usage spikes so you can proactively scale up! Having a plan in place is key.
