Launching soon!
I focused on talking to early users to understand their needs. One user said, 'this solves my problem perfectly but I wish it had an X feature.' That feedback became our priority.
as more users engaged and even started paying for it, I knew we were on the right track.
It was all about listening, adapting, and delivering value.

User interviews are invaluable for this!
By the way, we used this approach a lot when making Planyway and today we're launching. I'd appreciate your support:)
just direct communication. we are doing product for artists, so im staying in touch with these creative people, listen, we tested our first mvp and had to do a pivot. now we will test beta mvp and see how it will go further
For me, if users are not only coming back but also referring others, it's a clear sign that the product fits the market needs. Numbers like these made me feel confident about product-market fit.
For us, checking for product-market fit meant trying out different features and launching to a small group of users. The feedback we got was invaluable, helping us focus on what really mattered to them and adjusting along the way.
To check for product-market fit, I made sure I had constant feedback loops with our early users. I asked a lot of questions and really listened to their main points, ensuring that we were solving a real problem for them.
