How critical are the first few hours of a PH launch?

Question

Hi all! I’m launching Monthly Makers Club on Wednesday and I have a high flying launch planned… quite literally. I’ll be at 40,000ft half way across the Australian continent! I’ll be offline for the first six hours of it, besides about twenty minutes.

Any tips to manage this the best I can?

@daniel_engels - haha! "Cool" is subjective... For my target user, it's cool. For everyone else it's "WTF" 😂

That's a delicate situation.
You can plan most actions in advance (mailing, social media posts). But you'll miss being live and won't be able to reply in real time to those who engage with you.
