How can you make your day-to-day work more engaging?

I try to make my day more engaging by setting small goals, taking short breaks for a walk or a quick stretch, and adding some variety to tasks.

Add breaks from work, or engage in hobbies on the weekends.

Stop spending so much time on social media.
