It's quite difficult. When you start a product, you'll get immersed in it, thinking about how to do it well, match customer needs, adjust the product, and make it successful.

i guess there is a need to rethink what free time is ) like, free time = time when you very tired or when you can't solve some problem and need to relax

I have the same problem. I'm constantly thinking of my project 24/7, thinking of new ideas randomly at 1 am and dreaming about my business tooπŸ˜‚ i also use to jump between new products, constantly researching until i realised i wasn't getting anything done properly. So i just decided on creating a project around what i enjoyed the most from doing all those projects, which was research.. some thing i feel that i can full send my focus and be the best at. Don't want to ever look at creating a new project again

Chatofai brings up a common challenge for entrepreneurs: being so invested in your product that it occupies your thoughts constantly. It's important to find balance. Have you tried setting specific 'no work' time slots in your schedule? It could be as simple as designating evenings or weekends for non-work activities.
