How can we improve our podcast community?

Hi all, We are a podcast player with a public playlist option(similar to Spotify). The idea is that different experts can share their playlist(useful episodes in their field) and grow their audience. It is useful for the listeners as they can discover new podcasts easily. Any suggestions on how we can improve our community i.e any particular addition to this feature which would make you use it?
