How can products stand out and compete with the overwhelming number of AI-driven solutions?

We’ve launched a product (Onigiri.one) that solves a real problem for a huge number of people—literally anyone who needs to issue invoices. We’ve received great support from our users and community, but we’re struggling to even break into the Top 10 because the leaderboard is dominated by AI products. How do you compete with them? Any advice or strategies?
