Sometimes the best feedback comes not from the team but from the end users of the product. When a developer has a chance to see how the product they have developed is used by the real customers, true realizations happen. When giving feedback to your product team, it's important to be specific, objective, constructive, timely, respectful, and use the right channel. Be clear about what you like or dislike, offer suggestions for improvement, and avoid criticizing the team. Also, show appreciation for their work and use an appropriate channel to communicate your feedback.
Offer concrete examples and data to support your feedback, and focus on the user experience to ensure the product meets their needs

Use the Sandwich method - Top layer ( praise them for their work and contribution, and provide some positive feedback) -Middle layer ( then add a but, and provide your feedback and say if you do this it would be better) -Bottom layer (praise them, say I know that you have the caliber to do this because you have a great potential, or something like that) This works like magic
