Just create a pre prompt that contains an example of the task you accomplished and want to automate.
I'm using it to automate podcast summarization. I like to listen to podcasts while walking and cannot make notes. After coming back from a walk, I just ask ChatGPT to create a summary with the most important points, and create a Notion page!
Here's an example prompt you can use (use VoxScript and Zapier plugins for that!):
Create a concise, bullet-point summary of the most important points from the [video] for a person on self-improvement. Include an introduction and conclusion to the output.
video: [video link]
Create a Notion page out of it, the title of the page is the title of the video.

Recently been thinking a lot about this question, that's why we launched the SEO pack today. Use it as a tool not a replacement.
Every business is different, we use OpenAI(GPT) to increase productivity for ecommerce and print on demand sellers :)
Just launched agencytool.io - automates instagram outreach for agency owners.
Would appreciate checking it out and some support/feedback!
Thanks.

I recently been experienced a bad on-boarding process to new company, HR always missed the promised ddl of sending offer letter, profile collection form etc which is very unprofessional. That’s when the thought of AI tool should replace these works hits me. Sending right document/template to right person on right time, very scalable tasks that AI definitely can resolve.
Have you thought about how AI-driven automation could free up your time to focus on scaling your business?
Some tools (like relevance.io, Clay, Gravis AI) offer virtual business assistants that can take on repetitive tasks, giving you the bandwidth to concentrate on growth strategies. How do you think this could impact your long-term productivity?
