We used AI to completely streamline our business processes. I run a web development agency, and we often found that we wasted so much time interfacing with our clients and scoping projects while fumbling through so many more tools and platforms than we actually needed. I built mDash to rectify that. mDash is an AI-powered project management platform designed for web development. It automatically generates accurate quotes, timelines, developer assignments, status updates, and more, taking us from project request to kickoff in seconds. Although I built mDash initially to only be used within my agency, we're now expanding. mDash will be launching to open beta here on Product Hunt soon, so other developers and agencies can benefit from it as well. I'm using Narrato.io (https://narrato.io/) to literally create all of my content, in half the time I used to spend. I am generating blog post outlines, intros, sectional intros, conclusions, newsletters, web copy, and more. And it helps me most with social media content, I feel. Although it is short-form content, social media posts are the trickiest. You need to capture the reader's attention in the very first line, make it engaging, AND cover all you have to say in just a few words. Narrato's AI writer usually gives me a solid first draft that I just need to tweak a little (or not) and post. There's also an AI Content Genie on the platform that automatically generates weekly social posts and blog post ideas from just your website's URL and themes you provide. This has been super helpful too. I can simply pick the posts I like, make edits if needed, and schedule or publish them in a few clicks. Overall, AI has significantly improved the content creation workflow for me and my time. We've doubled the volume of content we produce without compromising on quality.
