Hey,I’m looking for alpha testers! App for team leads and managers to create a better team culture

Hey all! I’m looking for alpha testers for our very first version of Common Code, an in-Slack toolkit for team leads and managers to create a better remote/hybrid team culture. We’ve found that while teams love the flexibility of working remotely or hybrid, many are struggling with less connection, alignment, and visibility. What we’re building is a suite of in-Slack tools for leaders to help teams build genuine camaraderie and get recognition and visibility for their accomplishments while surfacing insights to managers on how to address potential issues (from burnout risk to lack of clarity).
