Why conduct a survey and start by getting my name & e-mail information? Makes it like it's not about the feedback anymore... If you're interested in getting feedback, I would suggest allowing anonymous submissions... #justsaying

Hello Shashank Running a survey is not gonna cut it, this is a very hard thing, and a lot of founder make a lot of mistakes, I was one of them and learned the hard way.
