Help: pricing model

Hey fellow makers! I'm one of the founders behind BetterPic, and we've hit a wall with our SaaS pricing model. Basically, it looks like our Basic package is enough for most people, so not a lot of people are picking our Pro or Expert packages. At least, that's the feeling the numbers are giving us: 65% of sales are Basic, 25% Pro, and 10% Expert. We're trying to figure out if our pricing is as optimal as it could be, or if we should try making Basic $29, less features in Basic, more features in Pro, ....
