Having multiple sitemaps on a site is a problem?

My WordPress website has two sitemaps. The first one I created manually with an online sitemap generator tool and the second one was created by WordPress which is wp-sitemap.xml. is there any problem having these two sitemaps? Important: Currently, the Yoast SEO sitemap is disabled, what will happen if I enable that too? is this negatively affect my ranking?
