This new-ish concept is making its way into my company's input culture. It's the idea of focusing on the future rather than past events (like feedback). Have you heard about it?

We're starting to implement it at our company! Such a great concept. It does take some getting used to, though!

Hmm ive never heard it before. Can you explain little more what it is and some examples?
@imjohnkoo Feedforward gives suggestions for future improvements and actions based on how your personal/work needs were fulfilled. So instead of saying "nice report last week" feedforward would look like "I noticed the report you wrote last week was comprehensive! I appreciate your work–and it made my workload much less overwhelming, too. Would you be willing to use the same format next time?"
