Haha, I did, at the very beginning, and the results were absolutely hilarious :D I couldn't believe I paid $9.99 for the ridiculous images I got back after uploading my selfies.

I’ve tried a few out for headshots that I’ve found on PH. Aragon is the only one that got me decent results. For video, nothing is perfect yet. Heygen never gets as good as results as the demo videos you see. There’s an app called Captions: For Talking videos on mobile that does a suprisingly good job, but still not hard to tell it’s generated. If you get your lighting and don’t move too much a face swap is the better route to go but that takes more effort.
