Yessir.
I launched a platform to help students help hold each other accountable. I was embarrassed to share it; it felt like I needed to add more features. I launched anyways and it failed spectacularly for many reasons. The main issue was that fundamentally, we're bringing a lot of people who are unmotivated and looking for a magic fix to their problem.
They have all these resources that they paid for in their tuition already.
