@dan_yes Thanks for your reply and help. We want to know the general process for sales to contact potential customers. And what document do they send for the potential?
We develop a product to help sales to get more marketing leads and more clear presentations.

I've done hundreds of presentation in person in front of existing and potential clients.

Different meetings cause different problems, but after 10 meetings you quickly learn how to handle most of the situations.

What exactly are you having problems with? I literally worked in 3 publicly traded companies with capitalization of $10billion each. I worked in corporate B2B sales and was responsible for sales volume of hundreds of millions per year.
