It has become a common question to gauge a person's personality traits and compatibility with others. It's interesting how MBTI has gained popularity as a topic of conversation and assessment tool in various social contexts. IM ENFJ : )

@grant88genez I felt like I'm on the Truman show reading that comment ngl
Yeah! I think MBTI can help me get to know the opposite quickly and simply. Besides, I'm also INFP : )
I was an INFP. and I have been super passionate about MBTI for years. I asked my team mentor who is a clinical psychologist to use that to mentor our team. She refused.... :D
But she explained super nicely that there are 8 types of basic mental models from MBTI. and it is more about we develop different mental models as we ''grow up''.
I thought my biggest pattern was Fi (introverted feeling), because I am very sensitive. But later on, I realized I had not much idea how I actually felt. Feeling a lot didn't mean that I had clear clarity. That is a big difference.
Currently, my strongest is actually Ne (extroverted Intuition) - which is connecting dots outside the world, that makes me a good product makers. However, it makes it hard sometimes to focus on individual user experience.
I am trying to development now Ti & Te (introverted & extroverted thinking) so I can think more strategically and also speak and think at the same time.
Ask me anything about MBTI development model.. or other psychological models I currently use in developing myself and others.

It's been quite a while. I forgot my Myers-Briggs. What does that say? :) Are you familiar with the Kolbe Conative Index? It is really great for considering team structure and a great way for team members or individuals to appreciate and value the action orientation of others. Worth a look!
