Have any of you faced issues with phone verification on one of your products?

Specifically, concerning text messages that aren’t delivered or similar? I’ve lots of users complaining about not receiving their verification SMS and I’ve tried multiple providers (Twilio, Amazon SNS, etc.). I would love to know if someone has solved it or at least if you are also facing this issue.
