    I have more flexibility in my day to run errands, but I definitely found that my old commute time has morphed into work time. I haven't necessarily saved a ton of time for new activities.

    If you mean by that your 8 AM to 11 PM, then no. But I know many developers who now live the life of vampires and wake up at dawn, and work till dusk 😈

    The hybrid working model will be a trend in my opinion - Our most successful work has been done away from the office - Stop wasting your life commuting - Talent isn’t bound by the hubs - Only 20-25% of companies pay or share the cost of home office equipment, furniture, cable, chair - 1 in 2 people won’t return to jobs that don’t offer remote work.     Yes, it has. We use Tmetric to log our work hours and thus have a flexible schedule.
