Has anyone here experienced burnout? If so, what have you done to combat it?

I've been working on my side project for a couple of years. It took a while to find the right team members to help get it running, and now that we are close to releasing the product, I've found that I have less motivation than I did when I first started working on it. Does anyone have tips on how to stay motivated?

When the body senses a threat (or stressor), it goes on high alert, and once the threat passes, the body quickly recovers. At least that’s the way it’s supposed to work. Stressors can include health matters, work, money, family issues, racism or gender inequality, and regular daily hassles. With unrelenting or too many stressors, your body might be on a constant state of high alert, leading to poor concentration, bad moods, professional burnout, and mental and physical health problems. #1 Recognize the Stress #2 Take Time for Yourself #3 Try New Routines #4 Stay Connected and Make New Friends #5 See Problems Through a Different Lens #6 Seek Help 7 Steps to Manage Stress and Build Resilience https://orwh.od.nih.gov/in-the-s... Burnout is a real struggle, but it's important to take care of ourselves. I've found that taking breaks, practicing self-care, and finding new hobbies have all helped me combat burnout. I think sometimes you should focus on yourself and take short break.
