Constant balance of productivity between full time and my own product is a must. What’s your daily routine and tips?

I spend about 1-2 hours during workdays and 10hours during weekends. Finding a balance is hard - so I make sure to go out for walks as often as possible to keep me away from the computer

Ah, the hustle is real, Nikoh! Balancing a full-time job while building your own product is like running two marathons at once, but it’s doable with the right routine. For me, the key is carving out dedicated “focus blocks.” I reserve early mornings or evenings for pdftopdf.ai, depending on when I’m most productive. Weekends are for deeper work, like strategizing or tackling bigger challenges. The trick is to prioritize ruthlessly—break tasks into bite-sized goals and focus on progress over perfection. Tools like Trello or Notion help keep everything organized so I don’t feel overwhelmed. And honestly, I avoid burnout by scheduling non-negotiable downtime, even if it’s just a walk or 15 minutes of mindless scrolling. What’s been your biggest challenge so far? Juggling work and passion projects is tough, but it’s so worth it when you see your idea come to life!

I squeeze in about 1 hour before work and 2-3 hours after work on weekdays. Weekends I try to dedicate larger chunks of time, like 4-5 hours per day. Definitely a challenge to balance with a full-time job! I find it helps to block specific time slots on my calendar for the side project. That way I'm less likely to skip it or let other things encroach. Taking breaks to go for a quick walk or work out also keeps me energized and productive when I am working on it. You gotta make the time where you can find it!
