Paul Graham, the founder of Y Combinator wrote an essay on "Founder Mode" and it blew the internet. I've been seeing many posts and I had to check what's going on only to realise why it was getting a lot of attention from the founders all around the world. What are your thoughts?

In fact, after reading the full text, I still don't fully understand, how is it different from the management of the startup companies we are familiar with? Is it only for that small part of large companies that hand over the company to professional managers?

@blueeon That’s what we are talking about :) with AI revolution, we are only gonna be left with creative work. Industrial practices may be relevant right now but it won’t for long.
