FOUNDERS! What’s been your biggest unexpected challenge since launching?

For me, it was managing my own burnout. 
In the early days, I was so focused on growth and solving every problem myself that I completely neglected my health and personal life. 
It made me realize that scaling a business also means learning how to scale yourself as a founder.

How do you balance the pressures of running a startup with taking care of yourself? 🤔

For sure, getting traction and attracting enough users is a huge challenge for a new launch. Have you tried focusing your initial marketing efforts on a specific niche or community that would really benefit from your product? Building some early evangelists there could help kickstart growth. Paid ads on the platforms where your target users hang out can help too, if you have the budget. Keep iterating based on the feedback from your initial users to make the product as sticky as possible. It's a grind but you got this! 💪

Great question! I think the biggest unexpected challenge for me since launching Zebracat has been balancing the rapid pace of innovation with the need for thoughtful, sustainable growth . When we started, I was laser-focused on the product.
