Founders: What is the #1 you look for in candidates when trying to expand your team?

I suppose this question mainly applies to solo founders or small teams looking to make their teams bigger.

Do you prioritize experience? Do you prioritize some personality traits? Or maybe certain studies?

We just always look for 1 thing primarily - How much hunger does the candidate have to grow? Hunger is the biggest asset in my opinion for the hustle that startups require @martina_hackbartt
