    Founders - How do you prioritize what you work on in your business?

    I'm a founder that has been struggling in prioritizing between product building and business work. It seems like when I focus on one specific task I end up abandoning the other for a few weeks. How do you do it?

    Hey hi Edgar, I would say, as a Founder, your focus should be on the future of the company. Trust some of your works on efficient employees who could handle it better. You could free yourselves and get those time utilized for strategy building and other business works.
