One big challenge we get in the earliest stages is how to ship the right features fast enough so we can have good momentum for product iterations. This is especially critical in the earliest stages when you only have 2-3 founders. šŸ’« My biggest discovery recently is that non-tech founders shouldn't rely on the tech founder to ship features, we should do tech work that don't involve coding. šŸ«” Try asking your tech founder what's the non-coding part of their work they wish they can outsource. Usually, it's (1) product testing (2) algorithm/logic problems šŸŒŸ Btw, non-tech founders should always use no-code ways to build anything that's not needing to scale - e.g landing pages, gadgets primarily for product growth
