1. Prioritize Tasks
Start your day by creating a to-do list and prioritize tasks based on their importance and deadlines. This will give you a clear roadmap for the day and help you focus on what really matters.
2. Eliminate Distractions
Identify and remove any distractions that could hinder your productivity. This could mean turning off social media notifications, finding a quiet place to work, or using apps that block distracting websites.
3. Time Management Techniques
Utilize time management techniques like the Pomodoro Technique, where you work in bursts of focused time (usually 25 minutes) followed by a short break. This can help you maintain high levels of focus and give your mind a chance to rest.
4. Take Breaks
Don't underestimate the power of taking short breaks. Stepping away from your work for a few minutes can refresh your mind and improve your concentration. Try to incorporate regular breaks into your work routine.
5. Review and Reflect
At the end of the day, take some time to review what you've accomplished and what needs to be done the next day. This reflection time can help you identify areas for improvement and celebrate your achievements, however small they may be.

Nice ones! For me, buying a pair of wireless noise-cancelling headphones has been the most useful purchase for focus

@steve_lourdessamy It's a great idea, but for me I don't used to use headphones while working.

Solid tips. Used a few myself while building my last startup. Keep it up.

I'm trying to do this all the time. It's very hard to stay focused for a long time, but when you take a break, it will be easy. Good luck, Stephanie
