I am beyond thrilled to announce that Doks.ai has officially landed it's FIRST paying customer!πŸŽ‰ It's hard to put into words just how ecstatic I am about this achievement. What started as a 6-day build-in public challenge back in June 2023, inspired by other makers on Twitter, From failing massively to build the product in 6 days to finally launch it after 21 days Has grown into something incredible. As a random guy with no audience or prior projects, I've just tried to learn from and apply the best practices of other makers on Twitter. Landing this first customer is a massive milestone for any bootstrapped solo founder, and I couldn't be more grateful. But what no one tells you are the countless hours that go behind the scenes. The emotional toll of being a solo founder is often overlooked. Then comes those sleepless nights and countless hours of hard work. No weekends. No sleep. The endless pivots and re-designs. When your business becomes your life, I wouldn't have it any other way. Although everyone's experience is different, being a solo founder is a journey that no one talks about enough. The ups and downs can feel like the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. But time after time, the solo founder picks themselves up, dusts themselves off, and keeps going. We learn to pivot, adapt, and keep evolving because we know it's the only way forward. My hope is that by sharing my journey and lessons learned, you too can be inspired to take action and build something of your own. We don't have to be a great programmer. Or designer. Or salesperson. Or a storyteller as they say on Twitter. πŸ˜… But we just have to be good hustlers. In the end, the solo founder surprises themselves with what they can accomplish. Share in the comments what you achieved no matter how big or small.

@sentry_co Currently we are not offering API but yeah it's in the roadmap pipeline. No matter where your FAQ or knowledgebase is as long as it's on the internet you can put your website URL in the Doks.ai and it will fetch the content automatically and will train the bot and generate the script code for you to embed your chatbot on your website. And I can assure you it's all under 2 mins.

@sentry_co Product is https://doks.ai since I launched it a week ago currently free users are 83 vs 1 paid user. Have kept the free plan just for exploration but I think I will give this experiment 2 more weeks or so and will see how many converts, if the conversion doesn't improves will probably remove it.

@ayushjangra Dude. You could get so many paying customers by reaching out to companies. But your current website looks way too good. But it doesn't heal my pain. So if I am a customer. I have my FAQ in zoho or something like that. And all I want to do is connect that api to your api and put 1 line of code on my website to try it. If I get this working within 2 minutes. Im a paying customer. But right now the friction is too high. IMO. But, if you sell enough you can even get what you have now going. and then just tweak as you move on. But I would not remove this. This is just a numbers game atm. Not sales or marketing. But working with your customers day and night and tweaking your product. it's like couple of months work until your infrastructure starts to fire. IMO
