Finding the anonymous users, how?

I'm currently designing and building a community platform that uses zero-knowledge proof, it's a new technology of blockchain, zero-knowledge proof automatically hides a user's identity, and unless the user wants to reveal themselves, there is no way to trace back even its on blockchain. I thought hiring a growth hacker is a good idea to help me outreach user, is there another efficient way to outreach anonymous users? I'm thinking whistleblower, union, or protester group. let me know if anyone is interested to join me or learn more what I do :)
