In a society where people are expected to work long hours and pass on vacation days, there is an underlying belief that we must always be productive – which can ultimately take away from opportunities for self-care. Self-care can help relieve the pressures of everyday life and reset yourself to get back to a healthy point where productivity is maximized. It has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimize frustration and anger, increase happiness, improve energy, and more. One of the proven techniques is to 'laugh.' Let your inner child come out. Find happiness in even the small things. You probably already know what makes you laugh the most. Make time during your week to enjoy the humor you uncover, whether it's classic Eddie Murphy stand-up routines, online cat and dog videos, or lists of Text messages you find funny. Just enjoy it! Your any thoughts or experience on it?

Thanks for the tip. I just read a book called "The Creative Act: A Way of Being". It contains many tips like this, especially inspiring for makers and content creators.
