@priyankamandal ummm okay maybe im a little naive about this, but i can be your potential customer, so i need to know, by cold outreach anyone could understand that i would have a set of contacts / leads to which im going to send out messages (in-bulk), for that i would need customised templates, campaigns, automated followups and replies, categorize / organize leads those are some basic needs right? Interakt / wati and lot of others CRMs (or you can call them "cold outreaching tool" 😂) are already doing it? am i missing something, please help me understand

You also need sequence feature ( we have it ) as well. others also have similar features and they are focused on bulk messaging in most cases but ours one is more proper.
