Fighting a Productivity Slump

When your productivity is really lacking, what do you do to shake it off and get going? How do you force yourself to fight the procrastination? I'd love to hear your suggestions! Here is my list: - Listen to motivation speech clips on YouTube, anything to feel some inspiration toward accomplishing goals - As strange as it sounds, if I'm working at home, I put my dress shoes on because it keeps me from putting my feet up and gets me in the mindset that it's time to do work. Sounds crazy but it works for me! - Remind myself that the first 5 minutes of any task is the hardest part, but after that you will start to feel in flow. Just get started! - 10 minute meditation - Set phone color scheme to grayscale or invert to make every distraction on my phone less interesting. You can do this really quickly by triple tapping the right side button on iPhone if you've enabled Accessibility Shortcuts - Listen to an entrepreneur podcast at 2x speed or greater (I'm a fan of Tim Ferriss and also How I Built This). The fast speed helps me to get my brain going at a higher gear and feel more primed to work.
