    Can't agree more. Customers care the most about what they'll feel while using the product rather than what that product is doing

    @mohamed_zakarya [A connected experience] is all about making sure the consumer has a positive shopping experience, that you have the right products, that those products are available when they need them, and that someone is ready to assist them if they have any questions or concerns.

    Nicely said. Products tend to embed more and more software. There is the term SWaS (software with a service), which recently popped up and deserves to be followed.
