I'm curious—how long did you initially think it would take to launch your startup versus how long it actually took? When I started developing Praxis, I estimated six months, but it ended up taking nearly a year and a half. I'd love to hear your experiences and any surprises you encountered along the way!

Launching my startup was like thinking I could cook a gourmet meal in 30 minutes, only to end up spending hours in the kitchen! But hey, the end product was definitely worth the wait. How about you, any startup launch time surprises?
