Entrepreneurs, what's your experience with remoting?

I failed with remoting in 2018 miserably. Then in 2020 I was forced to take the entire company remote due to the Pandemic and since there was no option, we made it work.
It's working very well for us now and we won't be going back.
What is your experience founders? Have you tried this in your own company or in the company you worked for?

Well, I work with many different people in several countries and I am having fun working from home.

I have tried all-remote/all-in person/in-person on fixed days/ flexible in-person over my past 2 companies - all have advantages and disadvantages but my conclusion is that a certain dose of in-person really changes the creativity levels in the team and the overall feeling of belonging to the company.
What was the reason that you decided not to go back? Curious about your experience!
