Encouraging creativity in the workplace

Do tours and visit certain cities! Like go to cathedrals, visit museums... or do brainstorms sessions! Go clubbing.. Creativity is just the process of various new inputs creating an innovative output! Nice PP by the way

I think nature retreats are one of the best ways. Make sure you look at every piece of nature in detail and see how they move, breath and interact.

We always do team building activities or take a day off to do something fun out of office or even just go to a different place to work may help a lot!
