Elon said Twitter will restrict ‘For you’ tab for free users. What does this mean for founders?

As per Elon’s tweet twitter will restrict the ‘for you’ tab only for blue users. What impact it could have for people who are trying to build an audience on twitter now? What you folks think?

It's definitely gonna be a bottleneck for engagements. I think new founders are gonna have a hard time to drive traction for their products if they're just starting. They'll be forced to network with other founders.
