Effective ways to reach your non paying customers and already existing subscribed list?

Hey everyone! Was wondering if someone could suggest possible ways to reach out to people who are not from your already paying customers and subscribers' list, effectively, to get a suggestion/feedback form for little to no spending? I work for an early stage startup and we wanted to get a general idea of the kind of preferences of our target customers in the direction we want to head into, since we're thinking of pivoting. It could be getting email lists, or platforms and communities to post in, or any other way. The product is pre-dominantly growth oriented in your field of work or interest.

No sweat! Win back past users with a quick survey email about their experience and target relevant online communities by effecting valuable insights and mentioning your survey to gather feedback for your growth-oriented product pivot.

LinkedIN Premium can help you can send out messages to potential users and just strike up a conversation then asking them to review what you had in mind and share feedback. Since it will not be a sales reach out many might oblige.

When it comes to reaching out to new potential customers without breaking the bank, have you considered tapping into the power of social media groups or forums related to your industry? It's like throwing a virtual party for your startup and seeing who shows up – minus the awkward small talk!

To effectively reach non-paying customers and gather feedback for your early-stage startup, consider leveraging online platforms and communities relevant to your target audience. Join industry-specific forums, social media groups, or niche communities where your potential customers are active. Engage genuinely by sharing valuable insights, participating in discussions, and subtly introducing your product to gather feedback.
