Dos and don'ts before PH launch

Hi guys! I'm relatively new to PH and I'm about to launch my first product (GenAI for the image industry category) in 2 weeks.
I was looking for tips and tricks and found several suggestions such as engaging with the community, leaving valuable feedbacks, zoom sessions, which for most of us tech guys translate into "don't be shy".
I'm curious to know what's the ONE tip you wish you knew when launching your product? What's the one mistake you made that you'd caution others against?
Thank you and let's connect!

Spread the word. get early traction. Keep at it. Make sure your product has a strong differentiator and that it's very clearly explained. You have 2 second to hock people to read more.

@sentry_co Definitely. You may have the best product but if it is not clear and easy to use, you won't sell it. With two seconds, it means graphics play a key (90%?) role.
@alexletizia You don't have to have amazing graphics. Rather try to be more clear than accurate (as they say in YC). You can drill down into details later. 1. Hock people. 2. Drill a bit down 3. Go in for the sell. Build your slides like that and you win a lot of hearts.

Build a community of supporters - anyone who you can reach out to and ask for help on the launch day.

I saved this Product Hunt checklist from Tally for my future launches. https://tallyso.notion.site/Prod...
Hope you'll find it beneficial too.
Launching soon!
Tell your mailing list about your launch - soft sell them on engaging - Early users are more likely to speak fondly about the product.

Talk to people but don't bother them — thats my strategy
@ffffilipp I also have the same philosophy, you need to find a good balance. Best of luck with your launch too!
Create a project plan with focus on the pre-launch readiness activities around activating your network, engaging on PH, and preparing launch assets. FAQ should help for fast responses to comments.
