Don't work for others. Start your own business. To what extend do you agree?

Hi Salar, my opinion is like the old saying 'the grass is always greener'. When you work for someone else, the downside is that you lose the freedom to be the master of your own destiny (to an extent), but on the positive side, you don't have the anxiety of being responsible for business profitability, growth, margins, staffing, business management etc. Vs when you run your own business, you have freedom & flexibility to do things how you like but you carry the weight of driving business growth, maintaining income levels etc. If you want a foot in both camps, the side hustle is ideal. What do you think?

@emily_willis1 As you said, both have their merits and demerits. But I think to have your own business, you should first gain some experience by working for others. The way I see it, many assume that having your own business is a peice of cake!!

@emily_willis1 I felt this coz I've been both. now I am on business side and experiencing roller coaster ride. this is what life in it's realest form. sometimes you feel depressed and sometimes you feel that you are the greatest man alive, but yeah. this is what really feels to be alive

Agree, In my country it is very difficult to find a job because the requirements are unreasonable. The work is done a lot and the salary is not appropriate

I think one should try both, that way they would be able to figure out things better for themselves.

Why work for others when you can create your own empire? It's like choosing between coding your own app or just playing someone else's game - the choice is clear!
