Does your company have other segments/directions within it?

(Launching soon) I have a design and software development agency that has another part of it that could be an entire new company separated. I help other women in STEM to have their first job opportunities with us by serving as a tech leader and guiding them into the development process of my clients. My clients were satisfied because the development turned out to be faster and they can indirectly help these women to thrive in the field. Nothing like participating in something bigger than ourselves.
