Does continuous discovery suck for you?

So the most inspiring product resource for me so far is Theresa Torres' work about Continuous Discovery Habits. I love how applied and logical she describes the PM's role and contribution to the organisation. However, I and many of my product peers struggle to actually live her principles in an actual organisational setting. Gathering continuous feedback is not the problem. But staying on top of it and updating opportunity-solution-trees is a huge hustle. You end up drowning in endless spreadsheets, miro boards that are out of date the next day, and finding yourself writing the same notion document for the fifth time. To me it feels like the framework is missing the corresponding tool to back it up. Am I the only one in the dark? Anyway, I started this side project out of frustration: https://getfuzzy.app/ If you have the same struggles, I'd love to hear your feedback!
