  • Does constantly being on social media for marketing your product cause you stress or anxiety? 😥

If so, how do you manage it? I'm asking because I often experience the same and take a full-day break from my phone and computer to help my body feel healthy. Sitting in front of a screen all day for work can become exhausting for both the mind and body. How do you handle this, or is it just me? 🧐

Totally relate. For me, I manage it by setting boundaries—like limiting my screen time during the day and taking breaks to recharge. Stretching or taking a walk helps break up the screen time and keeps both the mind and body healthy.

I talk to my therapist, and then my therapist talks to his therapist, and so on. So we create a never-ending circle of sharing happiness 🤗

That’s why I read books in my free time to avoid burnout. It helps me slow down and relax.

Yeah social media marketing can be super stressful, especially trying to stay constantly engaged. I find taking regular screen breaks and setting boundaries helps a ton. Like only checking feeds 2-3x per day max. Getting outside is huge too - even a quick walk around the block does wonders to reset mentally. Gotta take care of yourself!

I can totally relate! Social media marketing can definitely be overwhelming and stressful at times. Lately I've been trying to unplug more on weekends to recharge. Getting outside, going for hikes, or just spending quality time with friends and family away from screens has helped a lot. It's all about finding that balance. Hang in there! 💪😊

I totally get that feeling, especially when you’ve put in so much effort and had high expectations, only to end up disappointed. I’m trying to remind myself to keep expectations in check as I’m launching this Monday, though I admit I can’t help having high hopes from time to time :)

I have been dealing with the same issue. Taking a full day off from screen sounds like a great strategy. I usually take short breaks throughout the day to stay refreshed.

Absolutely! For me, social media marketing is a double-edged sword. It's amazing for reaching a wide audience, but the constant pressure to churn out content and keep up with trends can be stressful.
