Depends on the task, If I really need to focus, I don't or just some Lofi / foucs music. Otherwise, just whatever I like.

I don't know how people pull of podcasts though. When developing, no chance I can focus on both things at once.

Maybe while designing.

I do listen to music as long as the coding process goes smoothly. When I start getting troubles and need to think more about something, I prefer silence
