Does African inflation really bother people?

In several African countries, for example, Nigeria, inflation rates eased to 21.34% in December of 2022. Due to this fact, several companies that do digital dollars (Stablecoins: USDC/USDT/etc.) banking appeared (I won't name them, I don't want to make any promo). What do you think? Is it a promising opportunity to launch something there?
